Aircraft Rental and Instruction Rates

Individuals renting an aircraft from Leading Edge Aviation for the first time must complete paperwork including an aircraft familiarization quiz, fly a minimum of 1 hour with a LEA instructor and meet the following criteria:

Cessna 150 and 172, Katana, Piper 140 - no minimum hour requirement
Cessna 182 - 150 hours total time and high performance sign off
Cessna 182RG - 250 hours total time, 25 retractable gear or 10 make/model, and high performance sign off
Seneca II - 1000 hours total time, 250 multi-engine, 10 similar, 1 make/model
